One feature of the Inspire 2 is that you have the option to wear it on your wrist or on a clip. If it is set to wear on a clip, the heart rate monitoring will be turned off and the green lights won't be on.

To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the Inspire 2. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist", if you want see your heart rate. If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".

Hey there I got mine about two or three weeks ago after not having one for a few years and was so excited to track my sleep and a few other health metrics but haven’t been able to get it to track sleep since I bought it. Ive reset it several times like you did and nothing.

I've had mine for almost 3 months, working fine, but it too has now stopped tracking my sleep, exercise and heart rate. Looks like a problem with the Inspire 2.

Talking to Customer Service won’t do any good at all.  My sleep tracker doesn’t work either so they know there’s a problem with device.  Stayed on phone 3 different times trying “this and that”, to no avail.  Then was told that since I didn’t but it from Fitbit they couldn’t do anything.  Just a waste of money:double_exclamation_mark:  I have a cheap tracker that works better😖😖

Thanks so much Alex! Hadn’t known about the on clip setting. No wonder! Just fixed settings. Thank you! Ill circle back if there still any trouble. Appreciate your reply.

Thanks for the tip. It did the trick. Although I haven't a clue how the settings changed on their own! All sorted now. Thanks again.

I used to see my bpm w/o any problem. Now it shows a resting rate but the bpm is grey. I read your recommendation, but mine doesn’t show “on wrist or on clip?  I only use on my wrist
