Inspire 2 won’t turn on

My Fitbit app says the inspire 2 is charged, but the screen is black and side buttons don’t respond to touch or vibrate at all. It does nothing when plugged in, and it’s not syncing data. The last time it synced was around 9:30 am and it’s currently 2:30 pm so it hasn’t logged anything I did in between those hours.

Do the green LEDs blink?

Please do as follows: 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  4. Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
