Inspire 2 won’t turn on

My Fitbit app says the inspire 2 is charged, but the screen is black and side buttons don’t respond to touch or vibrate at all. It does nothing when plugged in, and it’s not syncing data. The last time it synced was around 8:30pm and it’s currently 7:00 am so it hasn’t logged anything I did in between those hours.

Mine stopped working a month ago while on vacation.  I have charged it, I have been pressing the side buttons, and and tried multiple suggestions on blogs/articles and You Tube videos and nothing works.  The App tells me how much charge is on the battery, the green light is on on the backside, and it vibrates when I squeeze the side buttons, but screen is still black and nothing else communicates or syncs with the App besides the battery.

@BCWP , when trying to restart the Charge 4 do you see the smiley?

@Jdslwilliams , do the green LEDs blink?
