My Fitbit is not working it still tracks my heart rate but it won’t turn on and the side buttons won’t press.

Thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Inspire 2 device and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
If you haven't done so already, please make sure to try restarting your device following the specific steps shared in this article. In addition, and if it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.

I have the same problem. Can’t change the display because it doesn’t turn on. Received it just yesterday. It charged fine and tracked my sleep overnight. It worked ok this morning but at some point during the day it died. Now what?

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
