Hi,
My inspire2 screen doesn't wakeup for some reason.
after reading several articles, I've tried changing the clock face. I can see the progress bar on the screen and then it disappears and the screen remains black.
I've tried a restart and it shows the smiley face and nothing afterward.
The green light on the back is working, and it tracks and syncs fine as well.
Any suggestions on how to get this sorted is highly appreciated.

Hi @toadfish It sounds as if you have tried the usual fixes. You will need to contact Fitbit Support and hope they are able to help.
