Inspire 2 won't turn on

I recieved a text and looked at my Inspire 2, but it wouldn't scroll down to see it all.

I pressed the side buttons to return to the main screen and realized it wasn't responding to any swipes or taps.

I looked up how to reset and followed the steps. Got the smiley face, and now nothing.

If I reset again the smiley face appears but the clock never shows up. I tried changing the clock face and I can see the install progress bar on my tracker, but again the clock won't appear.

Hi @JasonDeath It sounds as if your Inspire 2 has died. You have tried everything that might help. Contact Fitbit Support  and see if they are able to help.

From the amount of people reporting the exact same issue, it sounds to me it's a software issue on fitbits end.

Everything still works. The screen still shows when I reset (smiley face) and when I switch the clock screen (progress bar).

The only issue is the clock face not showing up like it's been deactivated or blocked.

My Inspire HR is still going strong after 4+years (gave it to a family member). The Inspire 2 has had to be replaced and now this.
