Hi, @HMAJ have you tried giving your Fitbit a restart ? A restart is always the first troubleshooting step whenever your Fitbit is not behaving as expected and may solve your blank screen issue. Sometimes you have to repeat the restart or hold the button for longer than the instructions indicated. If the restart procedure doesn’t help you could also try changing the clock face.
