My inspire2 was unused for about a year. I lost the original charger. Have bought another on amazon. Dont know whether it is charged. Not coming on. Are there service centres in India?

Hi @Oliver_Goa Unfortunately Fitbit does not have service centres. It sounds to me as if the battery has died (lithium ion batteries dont like being allowed to run flat). There is no way to get a new battery, so if multiple restarts don't help you will need a new tracker. Sorry
