did not change time when in different time zone

it is registering one hour slow

Note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Fitbit device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

This would be due to the setting in the FitBit app. You can set it to stay on one time zone - which is the setting that you have. Or you can set it to automatic time zone (it is also listed as network supplied time). You just need to switch it in the FitBit app on your phone.

It was set on ‘automatic’ but it didn’t change; I changed the zone so will have to remember to change it back if need be.
