Hi there, @carolgwh. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

Is this the only vibration you're missing? Is your Inspire 2 vibrating for notification? If you haven't done so yet, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
