My fitbit inspire 2 wont bluetooth to my phone , says I need an app but I have downloaded the fitbit app, tried everything, re-setting , watched youtube video's, checked my phones settings, software updates, tried another device on a tablet same issue

Hi @Beaver84  this article tells you how to set up - click to read. While it uses bluetooth, it doesn't connect to it directly. See if those directions help.
