Inspire 3 suddenly wont sync

Yesterday no sleep data recorded. Notice wrist band said 6000 plus step. App said 2000. So, I restarted wristband, unpaired device via blue tooth. U installed everything. Restarted. Nothing. Phone found device. Device wouldn't find phone. Tried this morning. Both paired ( ?) But still not syncing. I have a Samsung Android 23. I have followed group suggestions. Deleted fit, Samsung health. Any ideas please. Been fine since March. Did nothing with phone or device differently.

If you didn't have sleep data, please try the following: 

Please, in the quick settings make sure that your Inspire 3 is on wrist mode and not on clip mode. To change the setting just tap on it. 

There are some factors that may prevent your tracker from recording your sleep. Please make sure of the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device as described in this help article.
  • If you slept for less than 1 hour for sleep patterns or less than 3 hours for sleep stages.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

If you haven't done so already, please try to complete a restart procedure following the steps listed here

In addition, please wear your device on your non-dominant hand and monitor it for the next few days.
