Inspire Band port

The port where the band connects to the fitbit seems damaged in a sense as when wearing the fitbit , the band seems to disconnect not entirely but becomes very loose

is this fixable in the warranty / able to be repaired

I talked to customer support, and it DOES fall under the warranty, as long as it's in the first year you bought it. I just got my replacement :)!!

This is exactly my problem!! It broke entirely for me, and it won't support a band anymore, so the tracker is completely useless. I'd love to know if it's covered in the warranty, it's very frustrating, I haven't had it long.
