Inspire: Can't swipe anymore

Hello, 

Since about 2 days, I can't swipe on my fitbit.

I can only see what time is it. 

But the screentouch is not broken because when I press on the left button, I see the charge and a bulb and I can click on it, and the light switch off.

Can you help me?

Thanks for your post and for the details that were shared. To fix the touchscreen issue of your Fitbit Inspire, I recommend you to follow the next steps to perform a restart process:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

I have done this multiple times. It works sometimes but then the next day the same issue arises.
