On the activity page for walking and you have to pit I  ten min8it days gps wont be turned on? Why...and my little exercise dude is like it is not hooked up since last upgrade.

Hi @Ltmaxangel, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since the GPS feature is not turning on.

 

Please restart your Inspire as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. Finally, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thank you for the information. Since I just have an inspire I guess it
doesn't have gps. At least that's what I get from the article. When they
did last upgrade it just tracks steps but not correctly . I walk a 4 mile
walk and it says 2.1 so my step count is off too. I have had it for 9
months. Oh well. I might try something else.
