Wore the inspire HR swimming, never had a problem before. (Checked it’s compatible for swimming first of course) Swim seemed to record but now Fitbit is dead within hours. Won’t charge and screen blank.
No green flashing lights and have disconnected it from the phone now to try a reset. Bluetooth can’t find it which implies the whole device isn’t working at all.
Please help, this is my daughters watch/Fitbit and she relies on it for school and tracking, also fairly new.
Help departments don’t seem to be open on a Sunday in the UK.

Hi @Lieslp If restarting it doesn't help then you will need to contact Fitbit Support. There is nothing else you can try from your end.
