Inspire HR 3 attempts

I am at a loss.  Please help me get a new Fitbit Inspire HR.

  • called them in July because Fitbit stopped working.  They troubleshooted with me (clean it, reset it, etc.).  nothing worked, they said I was under a year in, so they will send me a replacement. Was happy to hear that news.
  • received first replacement quickly.  It still would not charge.  Screen still black.  Called them again, they troubleshooted with me again.  Nothing worked again, so they said they'll send me another replacement after I send them back the first replacement. Sent them back the first replacement right away.
  • received second replacement after several weeks.  It still would not charge.  Screen still black. They said it must be my charger.  Instructed me to keep second replacement and they would send me a new charger.
  • Received new charger today.  Still not working.  Called them again today.  They said to give it a few hours on the charger and it should work.  It's been 9 hours and the screen is still black, no vibration at charge, black screen.
  • I do not understand why Fitbit has not resolved this yet.  Please help.

Hi @CAM1986  you need to get with customer support. These are the community forums and we're just users of the Fitbit devices and can't help you get another Inspire HR. Since support told you what to do, you will want to let them know the results by contacting them.

Hello. Yes, I understand that, but I was hoping someone on the forum had a suggestion or perhaps similar experience and could tell me how it got resolved. Customer support has not been able to resolve this. I’m going on 7 weeks without a device.
