Inspire HR 7 day totals no longer updating

My Inspire HR is only 4 months old and yesterday it stopped updating the 7 day totals.  I went to my online account and back out, and then my Fitbit tracker updated once.  I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or not as it hasn't updated since. I went back to my online account and back out and it didn't work this time.

Let me help you with your 7 days totals not updating on your app. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Is your tracker syncing? I suggest you try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

If this isn't the issue then try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
