3 times this week my active minutes count disappeared during a sync. The first time I noticed this was on 5/18/2020. Is there a resolution?

I had the same thing happen, I walked in two sessions today. It had recorded a total of 34 minutes for my active minutes and when I just checked it, it had subtracted the 2nd walk time and put me back at 16 minutes.
