As others have posted, I am having problems with active minutes disappearing. Today I've walked for about 66 minutes and according the app and the Fitbit I've done 54,000 steps and walked 22 miles. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, switched Bluetooth off and on again, deleted and reinstalled the device. The emails from Fitbit support have been less than helpful.. I am sorry but there's no other way of putting it. No idea how to resolve this but am very frustrated.
