Inspire HR All Day Sync not working

I have an Inspire HR and have set it to all day sync however it only syncs when I open the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned bluetooth on and off, restarted the Inspire HR. My app is up to date. I use the steps from my Inspire in a couple different apps so not having it sync unless I open the app is really annoying.

Do you still have the all day sync option in the app. It has been removed from the Android app and will soon be removed from the iOS app. It is now on by default.

I do have the option, I have an iphone, and it is on but not working.
