Inspire HR App and Tracker Results Disparity

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The hourly activity on my tracker shows 13 out of 13 (hours where I had 250 steps or more) for today.  The app, however, shows that I have 12 of 13.  It has synced, because the hour that it missed was in the middle of the day.  Later hours synced.  Anyone else have this problem?

@watson309, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your reminders to move data. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist then remove the reminders to move, save and sync and then set them up again.

Let me know how it goes.

I completed those steps, but the app still shows 12 out of 13 for Tuesday (whereas the tracker for that day showed 13 out of 13).  It appears to be working now--yesterday is correct and so far today.  Just don't have a lot of confidence in the Inspire HR given all of the comments I'm reading.  I switched from the One (which was very reliable for counting steps) to the Charge HR (which I returned because the step count was very inaccurate), and now it seems that the Inspire HR has lots of the same issues.  I appreciate your response--I think those of us who are used to getting an accurate step count will just have to get over it since there appears to be no adequate replacement for the Fitbit One.

Just an update--it worked ok for a while, but today the tracker and the app don't match again--tracker shows 10 of 13, but app shows 9 of 13 (shows I missed the second hour this morning).
