Just happened to mine on Sunday. I chatted with Support on Sunday and they sent my a code of 35% off since I was well over the 1 year warranty. I went to use it tonight and get "sorry, this code is invalid". Just chatted again and get the run around before being told they'll send me a new code. Oh and the code won't work on anything on sale and can't be used on a Charge 5 or the Ace 2 or 3 (which I wouldn't want anyway) but it doesn't leave many options. They really don't do much to try and keep you as a customer.
