My Inspire HR is fully charged and has been charging for over 2 hours.. it appears that the bracelet didn’t sync to my phone last night to track my sleep and after a long day, it is now not syncing the new battery life. It will sync my steps and exercise but not the battery life or sleep. Any tips? Thanks!

Hi @kkwilso That sounds a bit odd. I'd suggest you restart it several times and try syncing again. Please come backmif you continue to have problems.
