Inspire HR - Battery draining suddenly

My Inspire HR battery used to last for 5 days until last week.

Now it lasts for 1 day top. No change in the settings, I disactivated everything I could (more, it's useless). 

Any update in the software lately?

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've sent you some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

Thanks.

I m confused with the feedback.

No explaination on the issue whereas it seems many users are facing the same.

i m offered a discount for replacing my device, but I m not sure I want to take the chance here.

In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team so they can provide you with more information about this. Although many users have experienced this inconvenience with the battery, it's not something that's affecting all devices and many people have had a good experience with their replacements or when using the discount.
