I won a brand new inspire HR at a party. It was brand new still in the box and it only has a black screen. I charged it fully and reset it over 3 times and it still only has a black screen. What am I suppose to do as it was a prize and The people who bought it don’t have the receipt. I need to ship it back for a new one how can this be done?

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Have you tried setting it up, it may show the numbers during it so you can complete the process? Please follow these instructions just confirm this.
