Inspire HR - Blank sleeping heart rate graph/chart

  • I purchased premium Fitbit bcz I want to track my sleep. All the data is syncing correctly to my mobile phone (iPhone 10), and everything looks correct except for one problem : the sleep graph/chart that should display my sleeping heart rate in relation to my resting heart rate is blank - the data summary is below the graph (6% above resting heart rate and 94% below resting heart rate), but the graph simply isn’t populated. Suggestions? I’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app. I’ve also reset my Fitbit (5 seconds off, rewarded with the happy face) - did the reset 5 times in a row.

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also could you share screnshots of what you are seeing on the app?

Hi, I am also having this issue,the graph has only been blank for the last 3 nights but all previous graphs since 02 August are also now blank. The percentages on the bar chart are showing so my heart rate is being tracked. I am using an iphone x max running software version 13.5.1 and have tried logging out, re-setting and re-starting phone. Very frustrating

I have the same problem. No graph displays for the sleeping heart rate. I have shut down restarted several times but it doesn’t fix the problem. I don’t want to delete app and reinstall because I do t want to lose all of my data.

I deleted the app and re-installed, it did not erase my data but it didn't fix the problem either!

Same issue, no sleep HR graph. Kind of glad I’m not the only one. Is this is a glitch? Is there new firmware we should be updating?

My Inspire stopped tracking/recording sleep on June 25. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've restarted my fitbit and still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions or resolutions to this?!?! This is one of the reasons I purchased this fitbit and disappointed I cant use all of its features!! I dont understand how it just stopped doing this, ive only had it for 3 months!!

mine is still tracking, just  the heart rate graph is blank but I've realised it's going from right to left so the data is there but not showing on the screen. When I had a charge hr it was giving me  a simplified sleep score and fitbit support sorted it for me. I've just had a live chat with fitbit support and they are going to email me later hopefully. I suggest you do the same. fitbit support-live chat. very helpful

I just used the live chat as well and I’m going to do a hard reset and see if that fixes the issue. They at least know about it now.

How do you do a hard reset? I feel like I've tried that and it didn't solve the problem of the fitbit not tracking sleep. Is it an app thing or device?

They said in the live chat that you attach it to the charger and then hold the button for 5 seconds. I did that and my HR sleep graph still isn’t back. None of my previous data is there so I’ll be emailing.

My issue is the graph starts on the left (as usual) but then continues to the left -I found this out by pressing down on the left hand side of my screen-therefore the data on the graph is off screen!

If you all are having the same issue,this is the email I received from Fitbit.

I’m having the same issue, iPhone 6s iOS 13. Also previous days that had restoration sleep charts, don’t show those charts anymore either

I’m having the same problem since I did the latest update. 
it seems like every update causes a new problem and restarting doesn’t help. Annoying because I’m paying extra mostly for advanced sleep scores.
