My Inspire HR was working wonderfully on my walk, and then stopped syncing halfway through. Here's what I've done so far:
- Rebooted Fitbit while charged (x3)
- Turned Bluetooth On/Off again (x6)
- Force Stopped the App
- Restarted Phone (x2), On/Off once
- Fitbit is at 100%
- Unpaired my device - has not paired back
- Deleted and reinstalled app (x3)
- Tried pairing through Bluetooth icon on my Android (OS 11) an infinite number of times. It appears, but flat out told me it cannot communicate with Bluetooth.
- Tried to re-pair device. I have entered in nine different codes, but never make it further than this. It always tells me Bluetooth is the issue.
And yes, I completed the last update.

Did you find a solution? Same thing happened to me.

I've got the same problem, by wife was using it before I used it and she has a different phone and it worked on it, but I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 V and it won't sync.

Just call the help line they will walk you through it. I fought this for several hours, but after I did an online chat with the help line they got me through it in 15 minutes. The key reason your not connecting is after you open fitbit app you must press the tiny icon which is supposed to be your picture and follow the instruction which included inputting a pin number that is crucial to get the unit to sync.
