Inspire HR Bluetooth connection and battery draining issues

My will not keep Bluetooth connection and battery is lasting very short   It all happened after software update.

Hi @JanDane  Try restarting your Inspire HR several times and hopefully that will fix it.

Hi @JanDane, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't stay connected to your phone's Bluetooth and the battery is draining fast.

 

In addition to the restart process that my friend @NellyG shared, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.

 

Regarding the battery draining issue, please try the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if the battery lasts longer and it stays connected to your phone properly.
