Hi there, I am unable to use my new inspire HR. I am using fitbit connect (windows 7) to setup, but it is stuck on the sync bit. It simply will not find my tracker. I have a fitbit usb dongle. I have noticed that although windows installed the drivers successfully when this was plugged in, there is no bluetooth icon in the system tray of the screen.
Also the device does not show up in connected devices menu after. The tracker is fully charged. How do i complete setup?

Additional info - tracker is found using bluetooth on a phone (does not connect, fitbit only shows "www.fitbit.com/setup" screen when button is pressed. Have logged in to my user on the phone but refresh is not working.

Also - when trying to sync on the pc, the "searching for" stage finishes very quickly... after about 3-4 seconds it is done searching.
Is there a specific driver i need to download to make it work?

Also (sorry, but no edit post option on this forum) i have been able to setup the device using a phone. However, fitbit connect still will not find the device.

My wife was nice enough to get me an Inspire after I killed my beloved One in the wash. I'm having the same problem trying (failing) to use Connect on my desktop to set up. Following!
