Inspire HR - Charged and counting steps but screen is black

My Inspire HR (less than a month old) is showing with a black screen.  I thought maybe it needed to be charged but on the app it's showing medium charge and is counting my steps today.

 

Any ideas on what to do to resolve this?  Thank you.

Thank you. I've troubleshooted with fitbit and it was determined I have a bad screen. A new device has been ordered and shipped.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S7, an AT&T 4G LTE smartphone
