Inspire HR Connected GPS GPS not tracking distance correctly

Hey guys!

So I’ve been a Fitbit user for quite some time now but it was mostly for notifications and sleep analysis. Recently I started cycling so obviously I was going to use my Fitbit while doing it.

I start my cycling workout on my fitbit. I wait for it to connect and when connected I start cycling. The exercise starts counting but the km’s don’t add up, like at all.

I’ve tried it a few times already but every time it’s the same...

When I say they don’t add up I mean that a bike ride of 15km is represented as 0,26km eventhough the map shows the correct starting and endpoint.

Today I started my exercise via the app and it worked perfectly but it is not synced with my heartrate.

Am I missing something? Is my inspire broken?
I already reset my inspire but with no succes.
Hope you can help! Thx

@MatsMo It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR Connected GPS distance not being accurate. Since your tracker uses your phone's GPS to record this I suggest you refresh the link between them by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
