Inspire HR Connected GPS not tracking distance

    • Hi Jan. I have a Fitib Inspire HR for 10 months. I have the location turned on and go running and cycling every day. When I run most of the time it tracks my distance covered, heart rate and speed. I always syn it before I run and during i run. However when I cycle most of the time it dosent cover my distance or show on a map where i've cycled to. It only shows the minutes done. I've attached screen shorts
The watch does not show how many kilometres i have covered or the distance. I think there is a problem with the GPS
    • I conatacted the FITBIT online help.  42645807 as your reference. They ote that removing the device from your account may resolve the issue with the GPS of your device.

But it was the not helpful as a BOT. Anyyones advice on how to sort out the GPS on cycling will be really helpful.

Hi there @arvinjeboo

Thanks for all the details shared on your post and for the troubleshooting tried prior posting. I understand how you are feeling about this situation.

Please note that your Fitbit use the steps and stride length to calculate your distance, so I recommend checking your stride length with these instructions: Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account? After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Inspire HR. This article contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.

On a side note, I've moved your post to the Inspire and Inspire HR board to keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.
