I have had two Inspire HR watches and BOTH of them died shortly after two years. I find this shocking in terms of quality/longevity of a product as well as for environmental reasons, and this is something I cannot align myself with.
So although I was happy with the watch itself, I find this unaccaptable and hope this is regulated and companies prevented from doing.
Personally, I have decided to switch to another brand.

Absolutely, 2 years of ownership. Fitbit charges, buzzes but screen will not turn on. Have tried to reboot it several times over the last week without any luck.
Unpaired from phone app, now can't reconnect as screen on fitbit doesn't work and can't view pairing code.
An Inspire HR bought for my daughter for Christmas nearly two years ago.
Having been a diehard Garmin user for 20 years this is a significant disappointment.

Me too. Im now a happy owner of a Garmin tracker. Fitbit lost a loyal customer (10 yrs) due to their defective product as evidenced by not selling it themselves any longer. Bad company, bad customer service, bad product.
