Inspire HR Different Info than What is Syncing to App

My Inspire HR is showing that I've done 5 of 12 for my hourly steps but when I sync to the app it is only showing 4 of 12 even after multiple syncs and the missing hour is from 3 hours ago. Is there any chance this will correct itself or is it a lost cause?

@danirj Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

Let me help you with your missing activity hours. This issue is being investigated by the team so hopefully they will have a solution for it. Still you can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
