Hey guys, so for almost 2 months now my inspire hr won't track my heart rate. I've done the rest I've even done a factory reset and that only worked for a couple days. Getting help from fitbit is not happening there no phone and live. Chat just brings you back to the choose device area. Any suggestions on how to fix my issue?
So this morning my daughter was going to do a factory reset for me. She went to my settings and saw that at some point i had somehow turner off the heart rate function (i did not purposefully turn it off, must of happened with all the dailey bumps it gets). She turned it back on and now it seems to be working again.
