Hi all! I have merged a few threads here to help keep the community tidy.
As many of you are aware, a recent firmware release (version 1.63.12) was pushed to a percentage of Inspire HR users. This release was intended to only affect some newly manufactured products and has since been rolled back.
Thankfully, this firmware version (1.63.12) has no discernible difference from the previous update (1.63.5) and your Inspire HR should continue to function as it normally would. This release does not contain any additional features or bug fixes It is also worth noting that this release is not related to Fitbit Premium in any way.
For those of you who have successfully updated to Firmware Version 1.63.12, my apologies for any confusion this might have caused and I appreciate the time and effort it took to update your device.
I also see a few of you have mentioned that some tiles are missing on your Inspire HR after updating. If you are missing tiles after the update, I recommend performing each of the steps detailed in this article to restart your tracker.
I will be sure to keep you posted with any additional information I may have. Feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions below. Thanks!

Agreed, my wife have nothing but troubles with InspireHR most anoying synchronization woth her Samasung Galaxy S10plus. This update brought some sync options atleast however its very slow pacing and embarrassing for Fitbit. I am Garmin user Tactix Charlile to be precise and no problems at all on any android phone so far. If that crap of inspire dies this myght be the very last Fitbit device we ever buy. She has Alta and Aria smart scale from Fitbit however terrible expirience with Inspire and very confusing Aria connectivity truly ruined her trust in Fitbit devices.

It is the 63.12 update. I'm not a premium member. If that's what fitbit is doing I'll happily switch to an off brand fitness tracker like I had originally looked into. I requested the fitbit inspire for my birthday because I though fitbit was a trust worthy, honest brand. Starting to feel otherwise.

I tried to update my Inspire HR on the windows 10 app, and it didn't work, and it said to make sure all these are working....
1. Keep your Inspire HR nearby.
2. Enable Bluetooth.
3. Make sure you have an active internet connection.
4. Make sure your battery is charged.
All these are working..... Please Help Fitbit!

After upgrading firmware, my tracker is not showing the data for water intake, sleep, and female tracking anymore. Is there a way to put it back?

I'm missing sleep, weight, fluid, female... very frustrated. I have been loyal to fitbit since 2012, but between the horrible Aria experience and the issues with my inspire HR I'm really starting to wonder.

I am a pretty minimalist kind of person and have been very happy for two years with a Flex2. It’s all the data I need and I love the slim line of the hardware. I’m having issues with the InspireHR, I am sorry to say. With the software glitches and the rash on the top of my wrist and the fact that I just don’t care about my heart rate all that much (I’m lucky, I suppose) — I have returned to my Flex2 and will probably send the HR back. (The other thing is I don’t find any of the other faces useful — I only use the “full data” face and don’t slide around the others because they are hard to move, honestly). Lastly, I wear an expensive watch so I don’t really need the time face. Bye bye, HR; welcome back Flex2!

I'm missing the same ones too (sleep, weight, fluid, female)... and it stopped doing all day sync and notifications since I updated yesterday. It will sync when I manually sync it though *sigh*
I have also restarted my fitbit several times, made sure the app was updated, restarted phone etc.

I ran the update yesterday and could not see sleep, water or weight afterwards. Then I did a restart and they been visible and updating ever since.

I got notification of the new update. There was a ribbon at the top of my app that had the update, but now it is gone. I did try to update but the update failed because my battery was too low. Now that I am fully charged and ready, the update has disappeared. What happened?? FYI my last version is listed as 20001.63.5

Well, just duh. I should have thought of that!
Same here, and thank you.

Hi everybody! Thanks a million for reporting that some tiles disappeared after the update. This was of great help.
If you're not able to see all the tiles on your Inspire/Inspire HR, please restart your Fitbit. About this update, sorry for the confusion, that was just a mistake. You can expect the new firmware to roll out at a later time. We'll keep you updated once we start officially rolling it out.
Thank you for your understanding.
