Hi all! I have merged a few threads here to help keep the community tidy.
As many of you are aware, a recent firmware release (version 1.63.12) was pushed to a percentage of Inspire HR users. This release was intended to only affect some newly manufactured products and has since been rolled back.
Thankfully, this firmware version (1.63.12) has no discernible difference from the previous update (1.63.5) and your Inspire HR should continue to function as it normally would. This release does not contain any additional features or bug fixes It is also worth noting that this release is not related to Fitbit Premium in any way.
For those of you who have successfully updated to Firmware Version 1.63.12, my apologies for any confusion this might have caused and I appreciate the time and effort it took to update your device.
I also see a few of you have mentioned that some tiles are missing on your Inspire HR after updating. If you are missing tiles after the update, I recommend performing each of the steps detailed in this article to restart your tracker.
I will be sure to keep you posted with any additional information I may have. Feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions below. Thanks!

I have tried everything and now I can’t find my Inspire HR with my phone or iPad. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and that did not work then I removed the device from my account but now it can’t find the fitbit at all. I have restarted the Fitbit several times and nothing is working.

From my reading online, it seems the Bluetooth syncing is finicky. Turning Bluetooth off for your phone/iPad (whatever device you are connecting to your Fitbit)and restarting it, along with turning Bluetooth back on afterwards worked for me.
Im using a Google Pixel3a (not officially supported by FitBit) with an InspireHR.
I also have an iPad that talks to the same InspireHR. The syncing between devices doesn’t always work on a regular basis.

Make sure you remove the Fitbit from your phone's Bluetooth and the Fitbit app and only re-pair it through the Fitbit app, not the phone's Bluetooth. When you add a new tracker to the app it does the Bluetooth connection as part of that process.

Since this update I have been unable to sync my Inspire HR. I manually remove (unpair) the Inspire and re pair the device and it will sync once but then not again and it never will record sleep data. It feels like the device is useless. I have chatted with help multiple times but I am feeling very very frustrated.

How long does it take for Inspire HR firmware upgrade?
Got the delivery of my Inspire HR today and and struggling to upgrade the firmware. It's been more than 6 hours now and it seems like its still updating (I am not sure).
Is this a common thing?
My Inspire HR is showing firmware version: 34.3001.40.50

Make sure the two devices are near each other and the InspireHR is fully charged and
connected to the charger.

Hey.. It finally got updated after 10hours.. Patience paid.. It seems the data transfer is slow as you mentioned.
Other thing I noticed is the App and band data sync takes time too.. Let me observer this for few days and see if this is normal

So is 1.63.5 currently the latest firmware version for Inspire HR? It is almost a year old.
Thanks,
Bob

Seems that some newer InspireHR devices went to 1.63.12, but my older InspireHR is still at 1.63.5. They say it the FitBit app will pull down the latest Firmware automatically and the option to update will be listed under your device in the app.

I saw someone mention holding the button on the InspireHR for more that 10 seconds to reset the device, but haven't tried this before. Perhaps that will help.

Have also tried that option. No luck either.
