Hi... I see that lots of other people have this problem. I wonder why FitBit hasn't done something to rectify the situation or at least warn people that even though they SAY we can wear it in the shower or pool, it isn't true.
I got my FitBit back in May 2020. Due to COVID, the first opportunity I had to wear it in a pool was November 1st. I was in a 4 foot pool & wasn't actually swimming... just hanging out. When I got out, I noticed that the battery level was low. I charged it that night, but the charge didn't hold.
Now, I've been told that since my FitBit is "out of warranty" they can't do anything for me but offer me a discount.
