Inspire HR Green Light doesn't work

I've had my Inspire HR for about six months and the green, heart rate light has never worked. I charged it via laptop usb a few days ago and the green light worked for the first time. I was so excited. It stopped after about 30 minutes. I've tried using my laptop to charge it- no green light. Wall outlet to charge- no green light. I've restarted, uninstalled and paired again- no green light. Everything else about it works perfectly. Just no green heart rate light. No red light either. No lights period. The face is fine and works but the back, apparently doesn't want to participate. I almost wish the green light had not come one the other day so I wouldn't be wasting time trying to get it to work again. I've tried everything. I've checked blogs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @TheRealTenley It sounds faulty.  Id suggest you contact Customer Support and see what they suggest.
