Inspire HR Guided Breathing

I'm wondering how to access the Relax/guided breathing on my Fitbit Inspire Hr. When I go into the Fitbit app on my android, and go into my apps, it shows the Relax app. When I click on it, the installed icon is grey.

Thank you!

On the Inspire HR itself, swipe down from the clock screen to go through the various apps.  One of them will be 'Relax'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Not working for me- I don’t see the relax app when scrolling down

Just found it above exercise when I swipe down.  So technically above the clock if swiping down. I kept scrolling to the bottom and not seeing it myself!

Wow I was doing the same thing, haha. I was even looking in the manual so confused, it didn’t occur to me to go up! Glad I found it and nice to see others had issues too. 🙂
