I have small wrists. The only way the heart rate reads accurately is by wearing my fitbit four finger-spaces away from my wrist bone. Even then, it reads accurate ONLY if I turn the heart rate off and back on again, and it will only read accurately for a few minutes before jumping 20bpm too high, again. I also have a low bpm (47 resting), so would this affect it?
- It will not read accurately AT ALL when put one finger-space away from my wrist bone, as suggested
- No, it is not too tight or too loose
- I have tried restarting the device
- I have tried clearing the device data
- I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting the device
- I have made sure the fitbit wasn't the issue (it works fine on my boyfriend's wrist, and his Inspire HR has the same issue on my arm)
Does anybody know how to fix this? Or am I some superhuman being who's body defines all fitbit heart-rate-reading logic?

@shevco Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your heart rate reading on your Inspire HR. Seems that having a small (and I guess skinny/thin wrist) affects your heart rate monitoring (as you tried your boyfriends device that works on his wrist). Would it too uncomfortable wearing it 4 fingers above the wrist bone? If that isn't a problem then try it out for a few days. Also try cleaning the actual sensors with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab.
Let me know how it goes.
