Inspire HR Heart rate not working

I just noticed my heart rate is t working on my Inspire HR.  Any suggestions how to get it back?  I’ve tried cleaning the underside of the device

@Damom9685 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! 

Let me help you with your Inspire HR heart rate sensor not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since you already cleaned the back side I suggest you restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
