Inspire does not track heart rate zones times any longer - how can this be resolved

@Swimming25 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Just to confirm and avoid misunderstandings. 

The heart rate zones are not shown on the Inspire 3 during the exercise or in the Fitbit app after syncing?

If it's on the Inspire 3 that the zones are missing, please make sure that the green LEDs are blinking. 
Do you see any interruptions in the heart rate reading during the day ?

Does this happen with a specific activity or with everyone of them? 

In the meantime, please charge the Inspire 3 for at least 30 minutes long. 
Remove the tracker from the charging cable. 

  1. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  2. Release the buttons. The tracker has restarted when it vibrates and the Fitbit logo shows up.
