I charged my Inspire HR last night and today my active minutes are disappearing off of my device and not showing in the app. I did 2.0 miles in about 33 minutes. At one point I had 12 minutes, it went down to 3, then to 1 and then 0.
I went to the community pages And restarted my Inspire, deleted the app and reinstalled, deleted my device from the app and reset from scratch. My steps, mileage, and calories record, but not the active minutes. I added my activity manually, but it skewed my steps, mileage and calories by adding them on top Of what I already had.
My tracker is only about a year and a half old. Please advise to resolve the issue.
