Inspire HR - Most of the display not working, while some regions flicker mildly

Hi All,

 Most of the display on my Inspire HR is blacked out and the remaining areas are flickering very mildly. Basically the display cannot be used - however, everything else works and able to sync too.

 

 I am from Chennai, India and want to know if there is a service center where this can be repaired or replaced.
