Hi @B3 You cant add new exercises to the Inspire HR automatic exercise detection, but you can add from the list if you use the exercise shortcuts. In your app on your phone tap the account icon/avatar in the top left corner and then select Inspire HR on the account page. On the Inspire HR page scroll down to exercise shortcuts and select it. You can add and remove exercises there (you may need to remove one before you have the option to add). If the exercise you want to add is not listed, then you cant add it. In this case use the 'Workout ' shortcut and you can change the name of it in the app after you have completed the exercise.
Please come back if you need further directions.

You cant permanently change it from workout - you have to do it each time you do the activity. In you app select the exercise tile (running man) and select the workout you want to edit. On the Workout page that comes up select the pencil icon (edit) Right at the top, second from the right. Then you can change the name.
