Inspire HR - New intervals do not sync onto Fitbit after changing in APP

HI all, under exercise shortcuts, I have changed the intervals for move and rest. Despite syncing, my Fitbit Inspire HR still displays the factory setting of 30 sec move, 10 sec rest. What can I do to effect the change to my desired duration?
