Inspire HR: No Display, but Everything Else Works

I bought my Inspire HR a little less than a month ago. It charges, syncs, and does everything except display anything on the screen. Has anyone else had this problem?

Mine started doing that last night too! Wonder if you can do a hard restart on these

I called customer service, and after 30 mins of rebooting, syncing, etc. it was determined the device was in need of replacement.  I was told there had been no other reports of this issue, so I urge you to call

I just checked the screen and now it works all of a sudden. I don't know what changed.

It happened to me as well, then the screen came back on for about two months, now I'm back to no display

If it’s still under warranty, get it replaced.

Same thing just happened to mine.  Called fitbit and they said this is not a "known" issue.  Clearly others are experiencing this though.   Fitbit, get it together --- this is clearly a product/software defect.

According to the older threads this is not a new issue and there are dozens of complaints gluing back a year about the Inspire HR display fling dark, and that despite months of complaints about the same problem, replacement is still the only fix. Fitbit hasn't done anything proactive. I wish i had seen the threads before i bought mine.

I live in an area where the clock changes by an hour twice a year.  I was using my Inspire HR clock to reset my stove, microwave, etc.  The display showed a couple of unusual small icons and then blacked out. It's been dark since.

I realize it's under warranty - I've had it less than 2 months - but won't file a claim if I have to send this one back to them.  I don't want to be without it for several weeks.  It still works - I just can't view anything on the Inspire itself.  Did the restart also - no luck.
