Inspire HR - No screen activity & wont charge

Bough the inspire HR and tried to set up yesterday. I set it up and then it asked me to do an update. The update was taking a very long time, I closed the app and reopened and now the fitbit wont switch on. Can anyone help?

Same problem here! I have had it for 2 weeks and on a weekend trip left the charger at home and the battery died. Plugged it in as soon as we got home and it won’t do anything. I have tried several outlets. So aggravating.

Mine is doing the same thing it had the logo some weird letters and 001 at the bottom this really sucks!! Won’t charge at all!! My old one was better.

Same thing happened to me and now it randomly vibrates every 30 seconds to a minute but the screen won’t turn on and the green light won’t either. Also doesn’t sync to my account... only had it a couple months and have already had so many issues with this model

I’m having the same issue. No notification that the battery was low, but the low battery display showed, and then a smiley face. I plugged it in when I got home, but 4 hours later and no charge and just the random logo and weird letters and 001 display a couple of times. Otherwise there is nothing happening with the Inspire HR. $100 is too much to spend on something that doesn’t work properly after a month!

Set it on charger last night. This morning it won't turn on and does a random short buzz but no display at all. Did you ever get any answer to your problem?

Nope, not a thing. Lots of people with the same problem. I am never wasting my money on their products again. Ever.

Shouldn’t have to clean the back with a toothbrush & alcohol when it’s only a month old and the back is spotless.  Seriously?!  I’m going to go with a different company/product.  Too bad I’m out $100 on this inferior product.

I called the company and they asked some questions and had me restart but still nothing happened. Since my device was less than a month old they are sending me a replacement.

I will call them tomorrow! My last Fitbit had to be replaced 4 times. I was so hopeful this design would be better. Learned my lesson.
